Sometimes, talking to someone about how we feel and what we are experiencing can provide some relief, and a sense of hope when all might seem hopeless. Whatever you may be going through or struggling with, I offer a confidential and safe space where we can think together about your experience.
I have experience of working with adult clients suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, loss, bereavement, trauma and identity issues to name a few.
My approach to counselling is based on listening, reflecting and thinking together with you about what you are currently experiencing, and how this can have links to past patterns and experiences in your life. It is hoped that by thinking together in this way you will be able to process feelings about whatever is troubling you, gain a greater understanding of yourself and ultimately enable change.
